In reality, a pause is a conscious choice to notice rather than react. In moments of transition, this pause becomes powerful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The in-between moment \u2014 after something has ended but before something new begins \u2014 holds valuable insight. When we pause here, we give ourselves permission to feel, reflect, and breathe. This pause creates space for understanding that constant motion would otherwise conceal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presence during a pause restores balance. It teaches us that not every moment requires action.
